About Us

Stonebridge Property Solutions, LLC

Stonebridge Property Solutions is a woman-owned real estate redevelopment company whose mission is solving your Property Problems.

Chris Villines was the 1st generation to go to college in her family. Having to put herself through college, Chris knows first hand the reward hard work and determination can get you! Chris graduated from Fresno State with a Business and Marketing degree. Chris married her high school sweetheart and celebrated 32 years of marriage. She worked for Fortune 500 Companies until she decided to put her career on pause to raise her 3 children. Over the next 25 years, Chris had a passion for real estate and took on the responsibility of growing her and her family’s rental portfolio. This is where Chris grew her experience as a property manager, project manager, design and renovations specialist. She worked throughout the Sacramento and Central Valley Areas. Chris also provides rental needs and expertise in Texas, Florida and OH.

As the kids grew and went off to college, Chris was searching for new purpose and significance in life. Always wanting to be a Business Entrepreneur, Chris decided at age 50 to turn her passion into a business. She continued her education in Real Estate investing and created Stonebridge Property Solutions with the purpose to help people with their property problems!

As her and her husband’s parents passed away, Chris’s experience helped them to be able to renovate and sell the homes quickly. Realizing that having older, outdated homes with deferred maintenance was a common problem for people, Chris made it a priority to help take away that burden from sellers by buying their properties AS-IS.

“I love being able to help bring peace in a stressful situation. Making a hassle free environment for people is what it’s all about! I have helped people from all walks of life, people going through Divorce, Probate, Children that Inherited properties, Widows struggling to keep up with property expenses and maintenance.

We are a company that cares about the stories of every family we help.”

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Chris remembers the amazing family vacations to Lake Tahoe. These moments created her love for the mountains! After college, Chris and Mike moved to Sacramento and dreamed of having their own Mountain Getaway. Their first Mountain home was a fixer upper in Tahoe Donner, Truckee Ca. Noticing the need for redevelopment of the outdated homes in the area, Chris decided to expand her business in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe areas. With her Team and proven systems in place, Chris has helped many sellers, buyers and renters over the years. She helps to improve the economy by hiring local agents, contractors, title companies and team members for all her projects.  Chris and her team realize the needs in neighboring communities and plans on expanding in the Northern Nevada area in the near future.

Having a passion to help our Community, Chris is wanting to find more ways to help with housing needs and provide rental options for local residents and businesses needing employee housing. This is not an easy task with rising costs, so she is hoping to work with organizations that support the need for Workforce housing. Chris and her team have provided two properties for local housing needs this year and hope to continue with our mission in the coming years.

“I believe in doing things right and making sure all my properties are permitted, up to Code with current Safety standards. Creating High Design is one of my favorite things.

I love to create a high standard of living for all my residents that rent our properties. Our properties are created with the latest designs and are fully furnished.”

Our hope is that you can associate us as your community “Problem Solver” when it comes to buying, redeveloping, selling, or creating rental housing!

Together, we can Build a Bridge to a brighter future for our community!
